📦 Advocacy Packages 

Every family’s journey is different. That’s why we offer flexible packages tailored to meet you where you are—whether you're just starting out or managing a complex, ongoing need. Our goal is to provide clear, compassionate support without the stress of hourly billing.

🧱 Foundation Package – $425

A starting point for families who want to better understand their child’s current plan or explore next steps in the IEP or 504 process.

Includes:

• Comprehensive document review

• One 60-minute consultation

• Written summary with recommendations
  
  

🧭 Guidance Package – $1,350

For families needing more hands-on support, preparation, and advocacy through school meetings and decision points.

Includes:

• Comprehensive document review

• Up to two school meetings (virtual or in-person)

• Ongoing consultation and planning

• Summary of next steps and follow-up communication
  
  

🌿 Pathway Package – $2,475

Designed for families navigating a multi-step or more complex situation—such as evaluations, school transitions, or extended case coordination.

Includes:

• Comprehensive document review

• Multiple school meetings (as needed)

• Ongoing communication with your family and school team

• Strategic planning and progress monitoring

• Email and phone access for consistent support
  
  

📆 Package Validity

Each package is valid for 12 months from the start of service, allowing families to use hours at a pace that fits their needs. Time can be scheduled flexibly throughout the year, but unused hours do not roll over beyond the 12-month period.

We also offer a limited number of annual retainer plans and can create a custom support plan based on your family's unique needs. Schedule a free 30-minute consultation to learn more.

⏱️ Hourly Support – $150/hour

Need help with one specific issue or just getting started? We offer hourly advocacy support for families who prefer a flexible, pay-as-you-go option.

Hourly support may include:

• IEP or 504 meeting attendance

• Document review or summary

• Consultation on school concerns

• Email or phone communication with your child’s team

A minimum of 1 hour is billed per engagement. Additional time is tracked and billed in 15-minute increments.

We understand the challenges families face, and we are committed to helping where we can. While financial assistance is not guaranteed, we are happy to:

• Help you identify community or grant-based funding sources

• Provide documentation for funding requests

• Offer payment plan options upon request
